Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Miamisburg, OH is hiring for an Assembly II, Electrical - 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm). This onsite role involves building electrical components, ensuring quality and safety, and contributing to operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have electrical assembly experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read, write and follow English instructions, and lift 25–50 lbs.

Your Impact

As an Assembler II, you’ll bring previous electrical assembly experience to build high‑quality electrical components that power our end product. Your hands‑on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on parts.
  • Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge.
  • Follow all job tracking procedures.
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in electrical assembly
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
  • Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
  • Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
