Job summary

Servtech, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is seeking an assembler to build modular structures. You will read blueprints, follow schematics, and assemble components on welded skids, ensuring high-quality results.

The role requires the ability to read a tape measure, work at heights, and operate a forklift. A safety-conscious mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 0–2 years manufacturing or construction experience preferred but not required.
  • Good motor vehicle record required and ability to read blueprints.
  • Must read a tape measure and work at heights with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble metal modular buildings on welded skids per job specs.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Install siding and prefabricated components in the assembly process.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
  • Operate forklift safely as needed and maintain clean work area.

Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment.

In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

About the Role

In this role, you will help construct high-quality modular building systems by assembling prefabricated metal components using a variety of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do: (Essential Functions)

  • Assemble metal modular building structures on welded skids according to job specifications
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions
  • Install siding and prefabricated components as part of the assembly process
  • Prepare weld fittings and assist with fabrication support tasks
  • Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company policies (as needed)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Support team goals by meeting production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What You Will Bring: (Skills, Abilities, Education)

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but not required
  • Good motor vehicle record is required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel.
  • Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, ISO’s, and other technical documents is preferred
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Must be able to perform job responsibilities at heights
  • High mechanical aptitude required

Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions - such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures - for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE for each situation.

Pay Range

Salary Range: USD $21.25/Hr. - USD $28.98/Hr.
