Job summary

You will work with Revit on a fast-paced team, coordinating closely with on-site fabrication and production teams to deliver accurate documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor of Architecture and 1–2 years of experience, with strong Revit skills and knowledge of steel frame/construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural design; internship okay.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit; ability to model, produce sheet sets, work with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents for permitting and construction.
• Model and detail projects in Revit and maintain accurate models.
• Revise architectural plans and coordinate all sheets affected by changes.
• Support design development from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with on-site production team and incorporate feedback into project documentation.
• Assist with permit submittals and respond to plan review comments.
• Manage workload and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, fabrication personnel, and clients.
