Job summary

ROXBOX in Houston, TX is seeking an Architectural Designer to turn ideas into buildable designs across all project phases. You will develop construction documents for permitting and construction, model in Revit, and coordinate with the on-site production team.

The ideal candidate has a B.Arch, 1–2 years of experience, strong Revit skills, and knowledge of steel frame or commercial construction. This is an on-site, full-time role offering medical, dental, vision, PTO, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of professional architectural design experience (internships count).
• Strong Revit proficiency; ability to model and create sheet sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents for permitting and construction.
• Model and detail projects in Revit and maintain accurate models.
• Revise architectural plans as marked and coordinate all sheets affected by changes.
• Support design development from early concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with on-site production team and incorporate feedback into project documentation.
• Assist with permit submittals and respond to plan review comments.
• Manage individual workload and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, fabrication personnel, and clients.
