Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in Modesto, California. The role includes evaluation, treatment planning, IEP collaboration, and progress monitoring for students in a dynamic school setting.

We offer competitive pay of $55–$90/hour based on experience, with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain California licensure.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, when applicable.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.
• New graduates and clinicians with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide evidence-based, student-centered therapy services.
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
