Topaz HR Advisory is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in Modesto, California. You will deliver individualized therapy, support students' communication goals, and collaborate with families and school teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain California licensure.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, when applicable.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.
• New graduates with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Deliver evidence-based, student-centered therapy.
• Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
