Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent Commercial Loan Processor to join their commercial lending team in Modesto, CA. This temporary role will support processing loan applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring documentation complies with regulatory standards and deadlines.

You will coordinate with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing while maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to work occasional overtime.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the commercial lending team.
• Assist in processing commercial loan applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to resolve any loan-related inquiries or issues.
• Fully onsite at the Administrative Office in Modesto, CA.
• Manage a high volume of loan applications while adhering to strict deadlines.
