Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

ArchitectNowis looking to grow our team with the addition of a full-timeModern Workplace Solutions Architectspecializing inMicrosoft 365 and Azure. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on designing modern workplace solutions, supporting Microsoft Partner designations, mentoring internal staff, and working directly with customers to elevate their cloud experience.

This is afully remoteposition, with occasional travel to St. Louis, MO for team collaboration and client engagement.

What You’ll Do

As ourModern Workplace Solutions Architect, you’ll:

• Design and deliver modern workplace solutionsleveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, with a focus on security, governance, identity, and endpoint management.
• Lead technical pre-sales discussions, customer discovery sessions, and architecture planning.
• Architect and implement key M365 technologies:
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
• Intune / Endpoint Managerfor device compliance and management
• Architect cloud infrastructure including:
• Entra ID Governance, Conditional Access, PIM
• Support ourMicrosoft Partner Designationsby contributing to technical excellence and specialization audits (e.g., Modern Work, Security, Azure Infrastructure).
• Assist with day-to-dayCSP operationsincluding tenant configuration, licensing, and partner center activities.
• Act as atechnical advisorand escalation point across projects and initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and help build internal playbooks and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and deliveringMicrosoft 365 and Azuresolutions.
• Strong experience working for or with aMicrosoft CSP or MSP.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Partner designations, specialization requirements, and audit processes.
• Proficiency with:
• Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365
• Microsoft 365 licensing models (E3, E5, Business Premium)

Preferred Certifications

• AZ-305– Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• MS-102– Microsoft 365 Administrator
• SC-Series– Security, Compliance, Identity (SC-200, SC-300, etc.)
• Bonus: Prior experience supportingMicrosoft Specialization Audits
