We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a hybrid role based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

Position Overview
This customer-facing role combines sales and customer service, working with sales teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, and business goals aligned with D&H’s values.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries about ETAs, pricing, inventory, and post-sale requests.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain current customer information using CRM tools.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and IMs; resolve customer issues.
- Welcome, educate, and activate new accounts.
- Project a professional image through communication channels.
Support Tasks
- Assist sales team, process orders and returns via phone, email, and proprietary software (CCA).
- Understand vendor programs to independently create and place orders.
- Support sales reps in their absence, including order processing and account servicing.
- Order entry, bids, quotes, and reactivating inactive accounts.
- Adhere to company policies and ethics.
Additional Duties
- Process product returns (RMAs).
- Interact with vendors and other departments.
- Attend training sessions and meet service level goals.
- Maintain a tidy work area and support cross-training as needed.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Microsoft Office.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to use PC, phone, and office equipment.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of office or call center customer service experience.
