Job summary

Certara USA, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Account Manager for Modeling & Simulation to join the American commercial team.

The PAM will lead portfolio strategy, drive business development, and ensure coordinated client engagement across M&S capabilities. Based in the United States with preference for candidates in California, Chicago, New York, or Washington DC, the role collaborates with Global Account Directors, Enterprise Account Managers, and Inside Sales to expand client adoption and deliver value

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years in consulting, sales, or biopharma science a plus.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and business development for M&S within assigned accounts and territory.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies to scale M&S in AMER.
• Lead and mentor PAMs; manage quotas and AMER targets.
• Collaborate with GADs, EAMs, ISRs to expand client adoption.
• Maintain client relationships and act as subject matter expert in meetings and proposals.
• Document opportunities in CRM and coordinate handoffs to delivery teams.
