Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Modeling/Simulation Analyst to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves performing baseline M&S tasks, data access, and delivering results up to SECRET level.

Working under supervision, you will contribute to exercises, wargames, and analyses across health, environment, transport, and civil/military domains. You will use GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, and STK to model and visualize scenarios, and you may train others on model usage

Qualifications

• BA/BS in modeling and simulation, computer science, mathematics or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience (prior military simulation or wargame experience preferred).
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as baseline modeling and simulation analyst.
• Accesses data, conducts all M&S functions and provides deliverables up to the SECRET classification level.
• Under supervision, conducts M&S functions or operations such as exercises, plans, coordination, demonstrations, and instruction in related fields.
• Conducts M&S activities in support of analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government.
• Provides instruction on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises and may support training.
• Utilizes RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
