Northrop Grumman in Baltimore seeks a Modeling Simulation and Analysis Systems Engineer to enhance performance modeling of radar systems, conduct mission analysis, and validate models against real-world data.

You will apply MS&A frameworks on HPC grids, perform trade studies, support verification and validation activities, and collaborate with software, radar mode, and mission engineering teams to deliver resilient, capable systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or Mathematics plus 2 years of experience; Master’s degree with 0 years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required.
• Experience in modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis with analytical tools like MATLAB/STK.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++, Linux/Windows scripting; HPC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform performance-focused modeling and simulation on HPC grids to evaluate system behavior.
• Conduct design of experiments and trade studies for radar and mission systems.
• Develop and validate MS&A artifacts, reports, and mission analysis products.
• Collaborate with M&S, radar mode, and mission engineering teams to resolve deficiencies.
• Trace IQ data through radar processing to assess and improve performance.
