Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Baltimore, MD seeks a Staff Radar Modeling Simulation & Analysis Systems Engineer to join our Foundational Systems Engineering team, focusing on MS&A of platforms, sensors, weapons, and the environment.

You will develop and integrate simulation frameworks in C++, apply design of experiments, verify models against flight tests, and produce reports for accreditation and stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS or related field with substantial experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance and SAP access.
• Experience with C/C++, Python, Bash in Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience with RF/EOIR/Communications/system simulations and DSP.
• Experience with MATLAB for analytical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and use MS&A of advanced systems using C++ object-oriented design.
• Integrate MS&A with flight software and validate against flight test data.
• Produce publication-quality reports for simulation credibility and VVA artifacts.
• Model environments, perform trade studies, and recommend architectures.
• Develop, integrate, and use GUIs and visualization tools.
