Job summary

MSD is offering a 10-12 week Future Talent Internship in the Research and Development Division, starting June 2027. You will work on one or more projects, gain exposure to drug discovery research, and learn to apply modeling and informatics methods in a multi-disciplinary team.

The program seeks candidates pursuing BS/BA or graduate degrees with a strong science background and programming interests. Enrolment and full-time availability are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/BA or Master’s/Ph.D. in a related field with research interest.
• Strong science background in chemistry, biochemistry, informatics, or CS.
• Enrolment in an academic program and full-time availability for 10–12 weeks.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in molecular modeling and cheminformatics research.
• Work on independent projects or as part of a drug discovery team.
• Apply data, models and methods to drive hypothesis-driven research.
