Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst in East Hartford to join the Aftermarket Modeling and Decision Intelligence team. The role focuses on forecast model development, validation, and enhancement to support current and future business needs.
You will develop Python-based models, participate in scrum, and use SQL/Excel for automation and validation, contributing to aftermarket financial evaluations and fleet management.

The Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Systems Engineering and Modeling (ASEM) organization is a global team dedicated to supporting long-term commercial agreements with airline customers and driving Pratt & Whitney profitability. These agreements require a deep understanding of life‑of‑plan expectations, which the team delivers through an enterprise forecast simulation tool connecting contract requirements, time‑on‑wing, technical issues, cost, and other key drivers. The tool feeds aftermarket financial contract evaluations, new engine business and tactical fleet management. The ASEM organization is looking for a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to join the Aftermarket Modeling and Decision Intelligence team with a focus on forecast model development, validation, and enhancement to support current and future business needs.
