Job Description

As a Model Cocktail/Bottle Server at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set‑up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Use suggestive selling techniques; make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up‑sell when applicable.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards. Maintain a well‑groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
