Riot Hospitality Group in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to develop repeat clientele, book VIP reservations, and present VIP experiences across our venues.

You will maintain tables and service areas, ensure proper setup and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guests’ needs and upselling where appropriate.

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Development repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
• Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
