• Generate sales through various sources and maintain follow-up to secure appointments.
• Guide customers through the sales and contract-to-close process with internal partners.
• Communicate expectations, provide updates, and ensure a smooth closing process.
• Maintain contracts, customer records, and required sales reports.
• Stay informed about community inventory, pricing, and market activity.
• Maintain model home, sales centre, and community presentation standards.
• Participate in meetings, training, and prospecting activities to support sales.
• Take ownership of sales results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
