DSLD Homes in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Sales Associate to support Builder Sales Representatives and handle marketing and sales tasks for the community. Responsibilities include assisting with buyer registrations, setting appointments, showing homes, coordinating color/options, and maintaining model homes.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to travel between communities, and reliability with transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• No supervisory authority or hiring/firing responsibilities.
• Maintain a monthly budget for model home supplies and events.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening required.
• Frequent daily public interaction in person and via phone/email.
• Reliable transportation and valid license + auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• General Office Duties.
• Work as a team and help others by doing your work responsibly.
• Assist your Builder Sales Representative with: Potential Buyers – registration sheets, set appointments, show homes, and signage.
• Current Buyers – set Color/Option appointments, send construction pictures, schedule first walks, prep homes before final walk, and keep specs clean.
• Maintenance – keep model and specs clean, stock office supplies, documents, packets, etc.
