Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2-5+ years of interior design experience required.
• Model home, hospitality, or residential staging experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and furnish model/display homes from concept through installation.
• Develop concepts and mood boards aligned with each builder's brand.
• Produce Construction Documentation using AutoCAD Software.
• Source furniture and decor, managing budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with builders, sales teams, general contractors, and installation crews.
• Travel to project sites for walkthroughs and styling.
