Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Real estate license (NYS) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Director in developing a Model Branch and meeting Branch metrics.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, MLS rules, ethics, and license regulations.
• Manage branch data and reporting, lead generation activity, and branch operations.
• Support agent onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain listings inventory and ensure accurate files and marketing efforts.
• Participate in personal sales and coordinate with Branch Director on promotions and goals.
