Central to the transformation is the adoption of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as the means to manage complexity, increase engineering quality, and ultimately drive cost and schedule efficiencies into the acquisition process. As an industry leader in systems engineering, Arcfield is actively hiring MBSE modelers, software engineers and subject matter experts to drive this transformation across the government. Arcfield is seeking candidates who can help lead the transformation through application of MBSE industry best practices, and apply software development skills to MBSE practices to enhance Digital Engineering capabilities. For this position, the selected candidate is responsible for participating in a fast-paced software engineering team that will help transform MBSE and Digital Engineering practices using cutting edge technology to include Artificial Intelligence. The candidate should have software development experience, knowledge of AI fundamentals, and knowledge of SysML, or UML languages. The selected candidate should demonstrate experience in software application development, understanding of Digital Engineering, and knowledge of industry MBSE tools to successfully produce systems engineering models.
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
