Radiance Technologies seeks an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC in Dayton, OH. You will develop authoritative MBSE models and artifacts as part of a multidisciplinary team, applying SysML to complex systems and systems of systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Systems or Aerospace Engineering, strong SysML knowledge, MBSE tool experience (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA), and an active Secret clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.
• Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers.
• Knowledge of SysML 2.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active secret security clearance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems
• Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts
• Active secret security clearance

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering field or related certifications such as OCSMP Certifications, INCOSE CSEP, or Project Management PMP (among others)
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks.
• Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes
• Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practice
