Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Senior BMS Model-Based Design (MBD) Engineer with expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Development (MBD) for EV applications. Develop and validate BMS control algorithms and models.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, design reviews, and production-ready embedded code generation using MBD, with emphasis on SOC/SOH/SOP, cell balancing, and thermal management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Model-Based Development (MBD) or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB & Simulink.
• Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) and battery control algorithms.
• Knowledge of battery functions including SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, charging, thermal management, and battery protection.
• Experience with Embedded C, Auto Coding, and code generation.
• Familiarity with CAN, UDS, Vector CANoe/CANalyser, and HIL testing.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
