Job summary

Pi Square Technologies is seeking a skilled Model-Based Development (MBD) Controls Engineer to design, develop, and validate control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink for embedded systems. The role involves end-to-end development from requirement analysis to production-ready code, ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–10+ years of MBD or embedded systems experience.
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow expertise and C programming.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
• Experience with MIL/SIL/HIL testing and ECU integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate control algorithms for embedded ECUs.
• Perform end-to-end MBD from requirements to production-ready code.
• Conduct MIL, SIL, and HIL testing and validation.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software teams.
• Support AUTOSAR architectures and BSW concepts.
