Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create robust motor models using model-based tools (MATLAB/Simulink, Twin Builder).
• Calibrate electromagnetic and thermal motor models.
• Simulate and verify motor models to catch early design issues.
• Refine electromagnetic design before prototyping.
• Establish workflows for electrical system modeling.
• Build motor/electrical part libraries for system-level use.
• Mentor engineers in model-based design and controls.
• Collaborate with teams, suppliers, and research institutions.
• Document control strategies, results, and validation processes.
• Support global certification and regulatory compliance.
