Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Model Bartender in our Springfield, MA property. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean bar area, and contribute to a memorable guest experience with a welcoming, energetic service style.

Role includes mentoring junior staff, maintaining inventory, and participating in promotions and guest engagements. Prior beverage service experience and a friendly, presentational demeanor are valued in a fast-paced casino

• 1+ years of experience in food & beverage, cocktail service, nightclub, or entertainment venue.

We're looking for a **Model Bartender** who can do more than mix drinks—you'll create memorable moments that keep guests talking long after their stay.As a Model Bartender, you will expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment.
