Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management or related).
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years in model risk governance, AI/ML risk management, operational risk, or related governance/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of model governance operating processes.
• Drive process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and support operational control testing activities to assess control execution effectiveness.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendor risk governance activities, including vendor SOC and Enhanced Information Risk Review.
• Lead AI Clearinghouse operations and strategic initiatives, including AI solution intake governance and management reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement platform enhancements and operational improvements.
• Support management in executing strategic initiatives and high-priority projects.
• Serve as trusted advisor on model, AI, and vendor governance requirements.
