Formación

• 2+ years of semiconductor process engineering or related manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on MOCVD experience required.
• Experience with InP, GaAs, or related compound semiconductor materials.
• Experience supporting production environments, process control, and technical problem solving.
• Knowledge of vacuum and gas-flow systems and related equipment infrastructure.
• Familiarity with toxic gas handling and MOCVD safety practices.
• Ability to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair coordination, and process recovery.
