Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or operations support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit or ministry environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating Mobilization systems, processes, and projects under the Operations Lead.
• Support cross-team handoffs and communications within the mobilization pathway.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies and elevate to the Operations Lead.
• Support rollout of new tools, processes, and resources for the Mobilization team.
• Help maintain templates and shared resources for team use.
