Job summary

Aramark seeks a Director of Mobilization for Nexus to strategically lead mobilization efforts across Nexus's portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams, acting as an operational expert and a trusted advisor to senior leaders while driving activation and execution with focus and accountability.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and performance improvement, ensuring transparency in timelines, budgets, and outcomes while maintaining Aramark's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years in client relationship building and managing business performance.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational implementation.
• Experience in large-volume operations and standardized processes.
• Strong project management discipline with multitasking ability.
• Analytical and data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilization as the activation lead, including onsite involvement.
• Develop and manage a simple, rigorous activation path and handoff.
• Tailor mobilization plans with stakeholders to ensure smooth account openings.
• Collaborate with Nexus partners and industry consultants on implementation plans.
• Identify risks to timelines and budgets and communicate them clearly.
• Deliver timely reports on progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Create documentation for process changes and continuous improvement.
