Job summary

You will underwrite commercial auto, workers compensation and general liability while collaborating with other segments for cross-sell opportunities such as umbrella, cyber, tech E&O, and inland marine.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills and 7+ years of underwriting experience; a CPCU or professional designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, risk management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive underwriting experience.
• CPCU or professional insurance designation preferred.
• Proven analytical ability to evaluate underwriting risks.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses in writing or orally to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing and underwriting profitable business.
