Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and select appropriate mobility interventions and equipment per BMAT and staff orders.
• Provide mobility assistance including bed mobility, transfers, ambulation, and use of lift equipment; monitor physiologic responses and document in medical records.
