SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ is hiring a Sr. IT Operations Specialist to lead mobility strategy, lifecycle management, and governance across the IT Operations team.

You will define and mature mobility governance, standardize processes, and drive end-to-end lifecycle activities while reporting to the Somerset location on a hybrid basis. This role emphasizes KPI tracking, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in IT Operations focused on mobility services.
• Strong governance, lifecycle, and operational process knowledge.
• Expert-level with MDM platforms and mobility OS ecosystems (iOS, Android).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager; carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise mobility strategy aligned with business, security, and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end mobility lifecycle management: procurement, provisioning, support, refresh, retirement.
• Standardize mobility processes, SOPs, runbooks, and workflows.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and KPI/SLA tracking.
• Manage relationships with mobile carriers; drive cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional IT projects and automation initiatives.
