This is an excellent career opportunity for a Mobility Specialist located in California or Arizona to support the Aires West Coast region.

This role involves utilizing your customer service experience to facilitate the end-to-end relocation process for corporate transferees and their families in a high-growth environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Counsel transferees on policy benefits.
  • Coordinate household goods and family services.
  • Assist transferees with expense submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the relocation industry.

Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
