Job summary

National Seating and Mobility, Inc. seeks a full-time Technician in North Carolina to respond to service calls, perform repairs, and assemble seating and mobility equipment per factory specs, ensuring smooth delivery to clients.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and Field leadership to ensure timely orders, receipts, and customer service, while supporting NSM’s HEARTS values and ongoing branch growth.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and performs quality repairs in branch, field, clinic, schools, and care homes.
• Assembles seating, mobility, adaptive equipment per specs.
• Provides inventory control for all orders and stock items.
• Delivers equipment per Branch operations and Field leadership directions, including fittings and customer service.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
