Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a dedicated individual to handle phone requests, coordinate orders, and assist with work orders and data entry. The role supports clinicians and branch staff to ensure accurate client information and funding eligibility, while also performing inventory and delivery duties.

As part of NSM, you’ll contribute to a team focused on helping clients move through life with comprehensive mobility solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer/client focus essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage requests in a helpful, professional manner.
• Manage orders by coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Assist in completing work orders, verifying client information, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory, and receive deliveries.
