Mobility City in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Product Consultant to help customers choose mobility products that fit their needs. You will provide personalized recommendations, explain product features, and ensure a positive shopping experience with demonstrations and guidance on use and maintenance.

You will assist in transactions, process exchanges when needed, maintain showroom readiness, and collaborate with technicians and management to support promotions and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree in business, healthcare, or related field is a plus.
• Retail sales, medical equipment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobility aids or assistive technology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand mobility needs and recommend products.
• Provide demonstrations of product features and benefits.
• Educate customers on product use, maintenance, and warranties.
• Process sales transactions and handle returns or exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update inventory.
• Collaborate with team and support promotions.
• Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
