Job summary

Responsibilities

• Know inventory status of in-stock and on-order vans using the software system.
• Provide enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful service to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and quickly, per branch policies.
• Comply with branch policy in all activities, including follow-up, referrals, prospecting, and data entry.
• Understand selling processes and effectively sell all products and services as required by the General Manager.
