MobilityWork is seeking a Certified Mobility Consultant (CMC) to oversee sales activities, optimize gross margins, and nurture customer and vendor partnerships. The role focuses on expanding market presence and adapting to competitive market dynamics.

You will manage inventory knowledge, provide accurate quotes, and ensure smooth paperwork processes while upholding branch policies and delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to plan, direct and control the activities of others.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Know inventory status of in-stock and on-order vans in the software system.
• Provide enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful customer service to all customers.
• Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and quickly per branch policies and procedures.
• Comply with branch policy in all activities including follow-up, referrals, prospecting, hours, and data entry.
• Understand selling processes and effectively sell products and services as directed by the General Manager.

Through their efforts, the Certified Mobility Consultant significantly influences WMK Inc., operating as MobilityWork, in terms of expanding market presence, enhancing product offerings, increasing sales figures, and adapting to market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Completely know inventory status of in-stock and on-order vans, including targeted or over-age inventory in software system.
• Treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful manner. Strive for complete customer satisfaction at all times.
• Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and quickly, as defined by branch policies and procedures.
• Comply with branch policy in all activities, including customer follow-up, customer referral, prospecting, hours, data entry, etc.
• Understand selling and utilize the selling process, following the established sales systems. Effectively sell all products and services, as required by the General Manager.
