Job summary

Numotion, the leader in complex rehabilitation technology, seeks a Seating Technician in Columbus to join our team in assembling, delivering, and fitting CRT equipment for clients. You’ll work with ATPs to ensure client mobility goals are met and maintain high standards of service and safety.

You will assist with equipment assembly, documentation, and customer collaboration while upholding Numotion’s commitment to inclusive, life-changing mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma/GED required; or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Driver’s License: Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Excellent listening, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to assess situations quickly, think critically, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs: Support the ATP team with equipment assembly and delivery as needed.
• Equipment Assembly & Delivery: Assemble and fit CRT equipment, ensuring client goals are met with minimal oversight.
• Troubleshooting: Assess product issues and collaborate with the ATP for solutions.
• Maintain Workspace: Keep the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all operations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure delivery vehicles are kept clean and in safe working order.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
• Accurate Documentation: Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately, in compliance with Numotion policies.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all standard safety procedures and regulations.
• In-Service Training: Attend required company training and development sessions.
• Customer Collaboration: Work with ATPs and customers to ensure equipment solutions meet client needs.
• Customer Service Focus: Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
