Job summary

Numotion, the leader in Complex Rehabilitation Technology, seeks a Seating Technician in Eau Claire, WI to assist in assembling, delivering, and fitting CRT equipment. You will work closely with ATPs to ensure client mobility goals are met, while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

You will contribute to a planning-focused, client-centered team, handling documentation and cultivating strong relationships with accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; or 1 year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery as needed.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment to meet client goals with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with ATP for solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in safe working order.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete required documentation in line with Numotion policies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in training sessions.
• Collaborate with ATPs and customers to align equipment solutions with client needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns promptly.
