Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Seating Technician to assist in assembly, delivery, and fitting of CRT equipment. You will work closely with clients to ensure mobility goals are met and maintain high standards of customer service.

The role supports ATPs, requires a HS diploma or related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Numotion offers competitive benefits and a collaborative environment focused on life-changing mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED, or 1 year related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Driver’s License: Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs: Support the ATP team with equipment assembly and delivery.
• Equipment Assembly & Delivery: Assemble and fit CRT equipment to meet client goals.
• Troubleshooting: Assess product issues and collaborate with the ATP for solutions.
• Maintain Workspace: Keep the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in safe working order.
• Client Relationship Management: Support relationships with existing business accounts.
• Documentation: Complete required forms accurately per Numotion policies.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• In-Service Training: Attend required company training and development sessions.
• Customer Collaboration: Work with ATPs and customers to align equipment solutions.
• Customer Service Focus: Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Problem Solving: Address concerns promptly with ATP guidance.
