Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Seating Technician to play a key role in the assembly, delivery, and fitting of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment. This position requires great attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service, ensuring that clients receive tailored mobility solutions.

The candidate will support the ATP team, maintain workspace cleanliness, and adhere to safety protocols. A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required along with strong communication and

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required or one year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support ATP team with equipment assembly and delivery.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment with minimal oversight.
• Assess product issues and collaborate with ATP for solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shop and warehouse.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and safe.
• Manage relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Attend required training and development sessions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure equipment meets needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Quickly address customer concerns during deliveries.
• Utilize company leadership principles.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
