Qualifications

• Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Well-developed organizational abilities and record keeping skills.
• Able to positively engage with personnel, resident/patients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting residents' physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs.
• Document attendance and participation levels in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
