Job summary

Wex is looking for a Head of Mobility Program Management to drive strategic planning and execution. You will lead a team of Technical Program Managers, ensuring that projects align with business goals and maintain high quality standards.

The role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. You'll be expected to foster talent development while partnering with cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing Technical Program Managers.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmap with Technology and Digital leadership.
• Orchestrate continuous planning rituals and establish visibility into program health.
• Ensure TPMs act as end-to-end owners of projects.
