Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program Coordinator within Commuter Services to advance multi-modal transportation initiatives and improve campus mobility. You will help develop, operate, and assess programs aimed at reducing single-occupant vehicle trips through planning, data, and outreach.

Responsibilities include collecting commute data, preparing reports for partners and institutions, and tracking program progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalency in a related area and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and effective communication skills required.
Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, analyze, and make decisions to provide support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Assists in the development, implementation, and operation of transportation programs and services.
Collects and analyses commute and transportation data.
Compiles reports for internal and external partners, as well as institutional reporting.
Reviews program effectiveness utilizing datasets and user feedback to track progress toward goals.
Participates in industry discussions and remains current with industry policies, standards, and emerging technology.
Identifies new opportunities and strategies in line with institutional interests and needs.
Collaborates with stakeholders for campus community outreach, education, and promotion of programs and strategies.
