Job summary

NetJets Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Device Administrator (NJUS) to manage and secure our enterprise mobility platforms with an iOS-first approach.

You will administer Workspace ONE UEM/Access, implement identity-driven solutions, and support ABM/ADE and Apple ecosystem integrations while collaborating with cybersecurity and IT teams. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of iOS and iPadOS device management concepts.
• Experience with Workspace ONE UEM/Access or similar MDM platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and mobile data protection controls.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and SAML/OIDC.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Workspace ONE UEM and Access platforms.
• Implement identity-driven mobility solutions with SSO and CA.
• Support ABM/ADE, Managed Apple IDs, supervision, and updates.
• Configure BYOD enrollment using Apple User Enrollment and M365.
• Integrate mobility security controls with M365 and MTD solutions.
• Develop scripts and automations using PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Manage device lifecycle: provisioning, enrollment, deployment, refresh, retire.
• Provide Tier 2/3 mobility support and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infra, Identity, Service Desk teams.
• Test and deploy new mobility features and OS/security updates.
• Monitor platform health and drive reliability improvements.
• Create runbooks and technical documentation.
