Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in mobile device support and administration.
• Strong experience with iOS and Android troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, configuration, and support of mobile devices across the enterprise.
• Ensure alignment with security policies and operational requirements.
• Create and enforce mobile security and application policies.
• Troubleshoot issues, assist end-users, and resolve escalated tickets.
