Qualifications

• Supervise Transit Operators and scheduling staff to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Coordinate with Training/Compliance Manager for oversight and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with NYSDOT, FTA and agency policies; prepare reports and documentation.
